Paul Andrews has served as the Minister of Music at
Lakeshore Drive since May, 2001. Lakeshore’s music ministry encompasses
eight vocal groups, two instrumental ensembles, and the Lakeshore Drive
Academy of the Arts. He also serves as the church’s Senior Adult
Minister. A
Florida native, Paul moved to Texas in August, 2000, to take graduate
courses at Southwestern Seminary in Ft. Worth after serving on staff in
various positions at three Florida churches in Chattahoochee, Tallahassee,
and Melbourne. He holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from The
Florida State University. He has also taught private piano lessons, high
school music in Moultrie, GA, choir at Tallahassee Community College, and
directed the Tallahassee Civic Chorale. Paul is married to Stacy and has
two daughters, ages 5 and 3. Proverbs 3:5-6 is one of his favorite
scripture passages: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on
your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make
your paths straight” (NIV).
